Lewis Bins Stack and Nest Containers are manufactured from high-density polyethylene and are designed for use in general manufacturing, food processing and distribution applications. Lewis Bins Stack and Nest containers are rugged totes that are resistant to the effects of oil, most chemicals, solvents, water and steam. Designed with a textured bottom which ensures compatibility with conveying equipment as well as a variety of hole patterns for increased ventilation and drainage.

 

  • 12.0" product clearance | 4.0:1 nest ratio
  • Blue and Grey stack and nest containers are FDA approved
  • Stack when full and nest when empty at an alternating 180 degree position.
  • Resistant to rust, corrosion and temperatures from 0 to 120 degrees F.
  • Maximum load capacity of 70 lbs. per tote, bottom container supports 300 lbs. stacked.
