Refund policy
Returns (email: contact@industrial4less)
If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). All returns must have a proper RGA form attached to them or they will be refused at the warehouse. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% the value of the product returned, which will be deducted from the amount credited. We reserve the right to refuse credits on damaged, used, or non-resalable items.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for return shipping charges and shipment tracking for returned merchandise.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a credit to your original payment method within 14 days.
Legal
All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Delivery - Receiving Instructions
Recipient of delivery should count all cartons and inspect for damage before signing and accepting the delivery person's paperwork or tablet. If you notice that something looks damaged or short, you must indicate that shortage or damage on the carrier's copy of the paperwork/tablet. Do not accept goods from the carrier unless the goods are in perfect condition and the number of pieces according to the delivery receipt has been verified. If any damage is discovered, make the proper notations on the delivery receipt before signing it.
Freight Services
Any additional services (i.e. inside delivery, hydraulic lift gate service, rescheduling of delivery or driver being held at destination for over 30 minutes) will be billed to the customer (above what was originally quoted), unless these services were included in the freight quote before shipping.
Concealed Damage
In situations where damage is not noticed until after the goods are unpacked, please email contact@industrial4less.com and provide a single image that contains all the damaged items. Please make sure to include your order number and contact information in the email. You must pack the damaged items back inside the box that they arrived in and hold on to it until you hear back from us.
Order Cancellation
Your order is not cancelled and your payment will not be refunded unless you receive written confirmation from us. Cancellation of orders already scheduled or in process may be accepted, subject to standard restocking fee.
